A Message from Mrs. Tarasiuk and Mrs. Sosin 3/2/18

What a great way to end the week!  Not only did we have our PBIS assembly where we met our school-wide goal, but there was a special visit from The Cat in the Hat.  We were also happy to celebrate Dr. Suess’ birthday, visit classrooms and share the importance and love of reading with our students.

There is still time to order a yearbook! You will find the link below.

Note from the PTA President:
This week you may have received a form home to nominate people from the Einstein Community to be part of the Einstein PTA board. I just wanted to clarify a few items on this form as I feel it can be slightly confusing.

Every year a new PTA board is formed and the members are nominated and voted upon before accepting their term. As part of this, we send out forms such as the nominating form you just received as a way for our community to nominate ANYONE that they may feel would be willing to fulfill or do a great job at one of our board positions.  With that said, the names listed on the form are the members of the Nominating Committee and they will oversee all the nominations that come in. These are NOT the only names that you have to choose from, and they are not the people running for the positions, they are merely part of a deciding committee.

Please take the time to read the form that explains the positions in detail and give some thought to who you would like to see representing Einstein PTA.

New faces on the board and as part of the PTA are always encouraged and needed more than anyone realizes. If I can be of any help to anyone to answer questions please feel free to contact the and I will be happy to further explain or answer any questions you may have about the process or becoming an active member of our board.

Thank you,
Katie Kopecky
