A Message from Mrs. Tarasiuk and Mrs. Sosin 4/20/18

We are grateful to our PTA for providing events and opportunities for our students throughout the year. On April 27th, each student will be creating their very own tie dyed shirt! All shirts and supplies are being provided by the PTA.

These shirts will be worn on Field Day to show grade level unity and spirit!
This is one of many examples of showing our students how we are Einstein Strong!

As a school, we will also be participating in an ABC countdown until the end of the year. The focus of this countdown is to promote kindness, share gratitude and have fun as we end our school year on a positive note!

A reminder that the summer grant applications are due Friday May 4th, if you have any questions please contact the office.

A reminder that the Hanover Park Resource Fair is this Saturday from 10-1 at the Hanover Park District (1919 Walnut Ave.). It is free and open to the public.

Student Sectioning Process
Even though we have a lot to still accomplish this school year, the planning process for the 2018-2019 school year has already begun.  We will soon be creating the class lists for next year. We strive to create the most balanced classes that we can, and our placement decisions involve team input and are created with great care. We consider a wide variety of factors including individual learning styles, personalities, peer relations, and any special needs that students may have.

We would like to give parents an opportunity to express insights that will help us make appropriate class placements.  This decision is made by the team of teachers who work with your child and with your input. When giving your input, we will ask that you are as specific as you can about the needs of your child, but to not request a specific teacher.  We will do our best to meet the needs of your child as a learner.  If you wish to provide your input please complete the attached input form by April 27th.  If you know that your child will not be attending Einstein next year, please contact the main office at 630-736-2500.  Sectioning Letter 2018.doc
