District 54 buildings closed; remote learning for the rest of school year

A message from Mrs. Tarasuik and Mrs. Sosin 5/6/19

As we reflect on this past year, we can honestly say that we have had so many peak moments filled with excitement and joy.  Our culminating activity was a success due to our generous students and families donating money for a worthy cause, Spinal Muscular Atrophy with respiratory distress.  This is a rare disease that affects a child’s ability to breathe, walk, talk, eat, and thrive on their own.  Our students embraced the challenge and each student was able to throw a pie at a teacher with first grade donating the most money resulting in being able to throw pies at Mrs. Sosin and myself.  This was a peak moment that we will definitely not forget.  We were also able to have our sixth grade students walk through the building at the end of the day yesterday as they were cheered on by all Einstein students and staff.  As you embark on summer vacation with your children, we hope that you too will be able to create peak moments as a family by making memories, relaxing and spending time together.  Thank you for another amazing year!
