How My Child Will Join Classes on the First Day of School

Virtual Curriculum Night: August 19, 2020
In your school supply bag, you will be receiving your child’s weekly schedule. Please note that schedules will identify the times when teachers will be teaching live. Grade level schedules are designed to provide additional staff support during small group instruction. Therefore, each grade level schedule is staggered, including lunch times. Since we are all beginning the school year virtually, we will be following our typical grade level schedules.

Your child’s classroom teacher will share a Zoom link with you the week of August 17 and these will be posted on our school website, [email protected], click on the V-Learning menu.

The schedule will be:

7:00-7:25         Classroom session 1

7:35-8:00         Classroom session 2*

*Each teacher will facilitate the same classroom session twice for parents who have more than one student at Einstein.

New Entrance Procedures
When our office reopens, we will have new procedures for our visitors.  One of our secretaries will go through a COVID self-screener checklist when a visitor rings the bell. All visitors are required to wear a mask and will get their temperature checked BEFORE entering the school.

20-21 District Calendar – Updated
The 20-21 District Calendar was recently updated, and can be viewed here: 20-21 District Calendar.  Please note the first day of school for Grades 1-6 is August 24, and the first day of school for Kindergarten is August 31.
