Registration for the 2026-2027 school year is now available through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Please log in to review the current information and make any necessary changes. Reminder you can also register your younger children who will be starting kindergarten in August 2026 through your portal account.
If you do not have a portal account, or cannot remember your username or password, please contact portalsupport@sd54.org.
If you do not intend to return for the 2026-2027 school year, please notify our school office and we will coordinate the transfer of records to your new school district. If you have any questions, please contact our office.
Notice of Public Hearing On Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. a public hearing will take place at the Board of Education meeting conducted by Schaumburg School District 54. During this public hearing the district will discuss the request for a physical education waiver of a school code mandate (105 ILCS 5/27-710) to maintain the current K-6 structure for physical education. There will be no change to the physical education programming due to this waiver. Staff and community members will be provided the opportunity to participate in public comment. The meeting will take place at the Schaumburg School District 54 office, located at 524 E. Schaumburg Road.
Reminder for students in Kindergarten, 2nd and 6th grade Students in kindergarten, second and sixth grade must have had a dental exam within the last 18 months. If you have not submitted your child's dental exam, please do so now. Forms can be emailed to Nurse Hill at michellehill@sd54.org or dropped off in the main office during school hours. Incoming 6th grade students An updated physical exam and immunizations are required for entry into 6th grade. The Certificate of Child Health Examination must be completed by a physician and dated within a year of the first day of school. The health history section must be completed and signed by a parent/guardian.

Eye Exam: All children enrolling in kindergarten or entering an Illinois school for the first time must provide proof of an eye exam completed by an ophthalmologist or optometrist or proof of an appointment for an eye exam no later than October 15th. District 54 vision screening is not a substitute for a complete evaluation by an eye doctor. Your child is not required to be screened if you submit a form signed by an optometrist or ophthalmologist indicating that an exam has been administered in the previous 12 months. Eye Exam Form
Summer Resources It’s hard to believe that summer is around the corner. District 54 has exciting opportunities for students to continue learning throughout the summer months. Our Summer Learning Site will be live on the new District 54 Website on June 3, 2026. Your child’s classroom teacher also shared a summer reading list.
