In the month of April, all District 54 schools will participate in the first annual community service event. District 54 will be supporting the American Cancer Society by fundraising money to make a difference for families. The American Cancer Society strives to improve the lives of people with cancer and their families. They help ensure everyone has the opportunity to prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer. With the help of your donations, the lives of families and patients can be drastically improved. How can you participate?

At Einstein, we will be selling pieces of duct tape for $1 each from Monday, April 14th – Friday, May 2nd. This will be a cash only fundraiser. Students can purchase as many pieces as they would like. On Friday, May 9th, students with purchased pieces will participate in duct taping Mrs. Tarasiuk to the wall. All money raised will benefit the American Cancer Society.

In addition, donations can be made directly to the American Cancer Society.
