In honor of Veterans Day on November 11th, we will be collecting donations for our troops currently serving. This is a wonderful way for our students to show appreciation and support for the brave men and women who protect our country.
We will be holding a friendly classroom competition from Monday, November 10th through Friday, November 14th. The top two classrooms that bring in the most donation items will win a special prize!
Requested Donation Items:
- Individually packaged chips and cookies
- Coffee
- Gum and candy
- Soap
- Toothpaste and toothbrushes
- Deodorant
In addition, we would love to honor the heroes in our school community. If you have a family member or friend who has served or continues to serve in the military, please fill out a Veteran “Brick” to help us recognize them on our Wall of Honor.
