What Einstein PTA Does

• Hot Lunch: Organizes volunteers and distributes lunch to classrooms on Hot Lunch days.
• Trunk or Treat: Sets up a food truck for the event and puts out flyers for trunk decorators.
• Winter Holiday Events: Helps with our holiday shop, hot chocolate and popcorn distributed to our students; as well as finding breakfast donations for our eat with Santa and Grinch.
• Breakfast with Buddies: Find breakfast ideas and pick up and set up outdoor breakfast for our families before school.
• Treat Day and Birthday Cupcakes: Make forms put out to our students, collect forms, count monies, pick up items and sort to distribute to students.
• Fundraisers: Set up fundraising opportunities from dine to donate dinners, Chuck-E-Cheese nights, Art to Remember etc.
• Pizza Day: Once a month on Thursday Morning collects and counts money and places orders for the pizza delivery on the following day.
• Auction: Collect donations to make donation basket for the districts STC Silent Auction which raises money for students’ scholarships.

We need your help. The current board’s students are almost out of the school. We need time to show you the ropes! Most of this can be done from the comfort of your home! The most rewarding time is seeing how happy and how much the students look forward to these events. If you can help in any way it would be greatly appreciated, if we do not have enough to make a new Board we will have to remove some events and hot lunch due to lack of volunteers.
